Kensington Palace shares Prince William's 'proud' moment after key meeting

Prince William released an important statement after a key meeting during his headline-making visit to Estonia.

Kensington Palace's spokesperson shared the Prince of Wales dressed in a military uniform visited Tapa Camp, amilitary base around 80 miles from the Russian border.

Releasing a powerful group photo with the soldiers, William wrote, "Proud to be Colonel-in-Chief of the Mercian Regiment, as they take over from the Royal Dragoon Guards in Estonia for Operation CABRIT."

"Their work, alongside our Estonian partners and NATO allies, strengthens the defence of Europe’s eastern flank."

The Palace's spokesperson further shared, "For many, this is a return to Operation CABRIT, bringing vital experience and resilience to the mission. Grateful to our Estonian hosts and all who make this deployment possible, including families and support staff."

Notably, William's key message came after the future King met with the President of Estonia, Alar Karis.
