Islamabad : The Chairman Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco), Dr. Tahir Masood has reaffirmed the company commitment to delivering unparalleled customer services and leveraging cutting edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency. He said that current Iesco Board of Directors’ team is dedicated to providing highest level of services, ensuring timely and accurate billing, resolving customers’ complaints promptly, says a press release.

Iesco Chairman Dr. Tahir Masood said that we are also investing in the latest technologies to streamline company operational affairs and improve customers’ experiences. He said that customer’s satisfaction is a medal of success for us, we are improving and upgrading existing grid stations and constructing new gird stations to maintain uninterrupted power supply and stable distribution system.

He said that besides this we are also keen towards up gradation of our field offices especially customer care centres where solution of all customers complaints will be ensured under a single roof.

He said that for a public utility company like Iesco trained and well behaved officers and staff is back bone to establish pleasant relation with valuable customers and toward this aspect we are managing training for officers as well as for staff members as we believe that satisfy customers is an assets of Iesco.
