Victim of Jaffar Express attack laid to rest

MANSEHRA: Mohammad Mumtaz, an employee of Pakistan Railways who was martyred in the Jaffar Express terrorist attack in Balochistan, was laid to rest in the Khen Shakora village near Battal here on Friday.

A large number of people, including family members, and former federal parliamentary secretary and MPA Sardar Shahjehan Yousuf, attended the funeral prayers.The body of the martyred railway employee was transported from Islamabad to the area in the early hours of Friday.

Mohammad Mumtaz, who left behind his wife and seven minor children, was martyred when terrorists attacked and blew up the bogies of the Jaffar Express in a subversive act in the Bolan area of Balochistan earlier this week.
