LAHORE:Punjab University (PU) Department of History & Pakistan Studies organised a seminar on 'Unlocking Civil Services Exam'. On this occasion, Chairman Department of History Prof Dr Mahboob Hussain, Director (General) Colleges, Punjab Dr Ahtasham Jan Butt, faculty members, students and civil service aspirants were present.

In his address, Dr Ahtasham Butt provided insights into the structure, preparation strategies and key challenges of the Civil Services Exam. He said that the aim of the seminar was to equip aspiring candidates with practical guidance and motivation to excel in one of the country’s most competitive examinations. He highlighted the significance of perseverance, analytical skills, and strategic preparation for achieving success in the exam. Dr Mahboob Hussain said the Department of History & Pakistan Studies remained committed to organising such educational initiatives to empower students with knowledge and career guidance.
