KARACHI: Russian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Alexei Sisyoev has said that Russia is closely monitoring all peacekeeping operations in Pakistan.

In an exclusive interview to this correspondent before returning home after participating in the exercises, Commander of the Russian Navy’s Primorskaya Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet Rear Admiral Alexei Sysoev said that it can be said with certainty that the number of countries and delegates in the peace exercises is increasing over time.

It helps to solve all the problems on the agenda. Rear Admiral Sisyoev said that these exercises help to see that practically all countries have the same issues, the dimensions of maritime security are the same and they should solve these problems together on the basis of dialogue. To the question if Russia can help Pakistan in AI technologies, Russian Navy commander said that Pakistan can definitely take advantage of artificial intelligence technologies. It’s not just Russia and Ukraine. If they are being sold all over the world, it will be very valuable to get experience from a country that is directly facing the threats, and Russia is always ready to share these experiences with Pakistan.

Rear Admiral Alexei Sisyoev said that as far as he knows, Pakistan’s military command is planning a visit to Russia soon and during this visit they will see things happening.
