Ozzy Osbourne has suffered another devastating blow during his ongoing battle with Parkinson's disease after he shared a heartbreaking health update.

The musician, who is currently gearing up for his final performance with band Black Sabbath, has been sued for posting his photos to social media as photographer Neil Zlozower makes bold admission about copyright infringement.

According to Billboard, Zlozower claimed that the photos were shared on various social media giants, including Facebook, Instagram, and X, formerly known as Twitter.

Despite the photographer’s desperate attempts to reach out to Osbourne about the unlicensed use of his pictures, the 76-year-old “failed to respond.”

Being the default owner of the photographs, he has now been “forced to seek judicial intervention for defendant’s infringing activity”.

The lawsuit stated that “the accounts are key components of defendant’s popular and lucrative commercial enterprise. Defendant has over 12 million followers on [Facebook], and over 6 million followers on [Instagram], and over 5 million followers on [X] — all of which are monetized and provide significant financial benefits to defendant.”

Ozzy has officially made it to the list of other celebrities, who have previously been sued over legal reality, including Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Emily Ratajkowski, LeBron James, Katy Perry among others.
