The written order, issued by Judge Nasir Javed Rana, said that the accused PTI founder was summoned through the jail superintendent for the verdict, but despite the summons, the accused refused to appear.

The accused founder PTI refused to come to the court until the accused Bushra Bibi, family members and lawyers arrived. Despite waiting from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning, none of the accused appeared in court.

Due to the absence of the accused, the decision of the reference was postponed.

The court ordered the parties to ensure their attendance on January 17 and said that the decision of the 190 million pounds reference will be announced at the next hearing.
