LAHORE: River inflows and outflows have been at lowest ebb due to seasonal dip and low demand in view of annual canal closure. The position of the river inflows and outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs levels and the barrages on Monday is as under:
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela: Inflows 15100 cusecs and Outflows 10000 cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 13100 cusecs and Outflows 13100 cusecs, Khairabad Bridge: Inflows 15600 cusecs and Outflow 15600, Jhelum at Mangla: Inflows 5900 cusecs and Outflows 100 cusecs, Chenab at Marala: Inflows 6200 cusecs and Outflows 6200 cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah: Inflows 18600 cusecs and Outflows 18300 cusecs, Chashma: Inflows: 19000 cusecs and Outflows 20000 cusecs, Taunsa: 14500 Inflows cusecs and Outflows 14500 cusecs, Guddu: Inflows 14800 cusecs and Outflows 2000 cusecs Sukkur: Inflows 5700 cusecs and Outflows 5700 cusecs Kotri: Inflows 6200 cusecs and Outflows 2200 cusecs Trimmu: Inflows 4700 cusecs and Outflow 4700 cusecs, Panjnad: Inflows 1200 cusecs and Outflows 1200 cusecs.
Reservoirs (Level and Storage): Tarbela: Minimum operating level 1402 feet, present level 1476.71 feet, maximum conservation level 1550 feet, live storage today 2.122 MAF.
Mangla: Minimum operating level 1050 feet, present level 1134.05 feet, maximum conservation level 1242 feet, live storage today 1.139 MAF.
