Sindh Local Government Minister Saeed Ghani on Thursday met Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at the Bilawal House.
He briefed the PPP chairman about the under-construction mega development projects in Karachi, including the Malir Expressway.
The Sindh government has decided to rename Malir Expressway as Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Expressway. Bilawal on Saturday (tomorrow) will inaugurate the first phase of the project.
Meanwhile, Bilawal also met Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab at the Bilawal House. The mayor briefed the PPP chairman on the steps taken by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation for the welfare and protection of the residents of the city.
Bilawal also met PPP lawmaker from Tando Allahyar, Imdad Pitafi. The two discussed the issues faced by the residents of Tando Allahyar and their possible resolutions. Bilawal also met PPP Member of National Assembly Mir Shabbir Bijarani, and discussed issues of Kashmore town.
Separately, he held a meeting with Iqbal Shah, who is a senior leader of the PPP Balochistan and discussed with him the political situation of Balochistan. He also held a meeting with Hayat Khan Achakzai, who is the former media coordinator of the PPP Balochistan, and discussed with him the political scenario of the province.
