Liam Payne’s death investigation lifts lid on yet another devastating detail about the singer’s final struggle at the age of 31.
The former One Direction member, who plunged to death from the third-floor balcony of his hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, was captured creating disturbance in the foyer after he was found visibly ‘intoxicated.’
New upsetting details have emerged in the autopsy report that reveal Liam’s state of mind at the time of the horror fall.
The preliminary autopsy exposed the former X Factor contestant’s cause of death, suggesting that he passed away due to “multiple traumas.”
However, this took a toll on his health as he later suffered from “internal and external bleeding” following the tragic fall.
Forensic experts determined that "the 25 injuries described in the autopsy are compatible with those caused by a fall from a height."
According to Argentinian Outlet La Nacion, “The intervention of third parties would be ruled out.”
It has therefore been concluded that the singer wasn’t conscious or was "in a state of noticeable decrease or abolition of consciousness" at the time of the fall.
For the unversed, Liam is survived by his seven-year-old son Bear, who was born to him back in 2017.
