LAHORE:The Punjab Police have registered 939 cases and arrested 729 people during anti-smog crackdown across the province since January 2024.
In Lahore, some 71 accused were detained and 180 were booked during the drive. The Inspector General Police (IGP), Punjab, has ordered intensification of anti-smog crackdown in industrial areas, on highways, and other relevant locations.
