According to a company statement issued on Tuesday, the programme offers a range of discounts to ‘star customers’ for making full and timely bill payments each month. Designed to meet various consumer needs, the programme provides benefits in areas such as lifestyle, healthcare, food and entertainment, ensuring that there’s something for everyone.
Per the utility company, in the current economic climate, citizens are actively seeking ways to reduce expenses and better manage utility costs. Any form of relief or incentive can provide much-needed financial support while fostering stronger connections between customers and utility providers.
Eligible customers can access these discounts via the KE Live App. While individual offerings may be subject to terms and conditions, most of the discounts will be renewed on a monthly basis, allowing users to enjoy them throughout the year.
