KARACHI: Chaiperson of the Election Commission of the SITE Association of Industry (SAI) Muhammad Tariq Yousuf has announced the unopposed election of Ahmed Azeem Alvi as president; Khalid Riaz as senior vice president; and Muhammad Riaz Dhedhi as vice president of the association for the 2024-26 term.
These appointments were confirmed at the 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the association, chaired by Saleem Parekh, chief coordinator and former president of SAI, according to a statement released on Thursday.The newly elected office bearers, along with members of the executive committee, will formally assume their roles on October 1, 2024.
