Education is a cornerstone of a nation’s progress, but, unfortunately, Pakistan's education system is failing to meet the needs of its young people. The reason for this situation is the government's underinvestment in education. Even those who are in schools are struggling with significant obstacles. Schools often lack the resources to provide quality education, leading to students feeling restricted in their ability to think critically and question authority.

Furthermore, higher education institutions in Pakistan face severe funding shortages. The government's insufficient allocation of funds has led to administrative crises, strikes, and disruptions in student education. To address these issues, the government must significantly increase funding for education. Similarly, they should make programmes to give education to every child who is out of school. These proposals combined will ensure that more children and are in school and that they have the resources and facilities they need. Additionally, the media must do its part raising awareness about the education crisis and advocating for change.
