ISLAMABAD: Postings and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy.
Manzoor Ali Shaikh, a Grade-21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service in Sindh government, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Establishment Division. Asif Saeed Khan Naghmani, Additional Secretary Parliamentary Affairs Division and a Grade-21 officer of Pakistan Customs Service, has been posted as Additional Secretary, Industries and Production Division.
Saira Najeeb Ahmed, Senior Joint Secretary, Finance Division and a Grade-21 officer of Secretariat Group, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Finance. The contract of Zafar Zaman Ranjha, Project Director, CPEC Support Project, Ministry of Railways, has been extended for one year. The extension of the contract will take effect from August 2, 2024.
Faisal Nisar Chaudhry, Grade-20 officer of Secretariat Group and Joint Secretary Ministry of Commerce, has been transferred and posted as Director General Secretariat Training Institute.
Muhammad Imran Ashraf, Pakistan Navy Commodore (Operations), has been posted in Pakistan Coast Guards. He has been posted in place of Commodore (Operations) Waqar Azim Sultan. The appointment is on deputation with the approval of federal government. Sanghar, Grade-18 officer of Police Service awaiting appointment, has been posted in Sindh government. Miss Ayesha Umar, a lecturer at Education Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has been transferred and appointed on deputation in Department of Education, Islamabad, for three years.
