Prince Harry vows to give trauma-free childhood to Archie, Lilibet

Prince Harry has taken thoughtful measures for his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as the Duke set to mark his 40th birthday.

The Duke of Sussex, who left the royal family in 2020 along with his wife Meghan Markle, aims to provide a trauma-free life for his kids and avoid repeating the history of his traumatic childhood.

In conversation with OK! Magazine, royal expert Jennie Bond discussed Harry's parenting style ahead of his special day.

She said, "I think he finds the security and anchor in his little family that was sadly missing in his own broken childhood home."

It is important to note that Harry grew up watching his parents now King Charles and late Princess Diana's failed marriage.

Jennie shared that the former working royal was "only eight when Charles and Diana officially separated, but he had witnessed the marital difficulties long before that."

The royal commentator believes that the insecurity of his own childhood has made Harry more "determined" to give his little ones "the perfect upbringing."

For the unversed, Harry is currently residing with his family in Montecito, California after exiting the royal family in 2020.
