Bikers without helmets, licences won’t be allowed to enter City

LAHORE : A crackdown has been launched against motorcyclists without helmets and licences at the City’s entry and exit points.

Personnel have been deployed at Ravi Bridge, Saggian, Thokar Niaz Baig, Babu Sabu, Ada Plot, Nawaz Sharif Interchange, and 10 other locations, including Harbanspura, Gajjumata, and Bhatta Chowk. Initially, motorcyclists without helmets will be allowed entry into the City after imposing a fine. Starting next week, entry into the City will be restricted for motorcyclists without helmets. Additionally, a crackdown will be conducted on rickshaws and public service vehicles using LPG gas cylinders.
