Five injured in Turbat hand grenade attack

Hospital sources said, condition of injured ones are stable and out of danger

QUETTA: In Turbat city, a hand grenade attack has left five people injured.

According to reports, on Wednesday, a hand grenade thrown by unidentified individuals exploded with a loud blast at a chowk in Turbat, resulting in injuries to five people including Zareef son of Muhammad, Zafar son of Roshan, Adnan son of Abdul Aziz, Owais son of Rasool Bakhsh, and Nasrat son of Mola Bakhsh.

All the injured were transferred to the hospital, and an investigation into the incident is going on.

According to hospital sources, the condition of the injured ones are stable and out of danger.

Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind condemned the Turbat bomb blast and said that an investigation has been ordered. In a statement, Shahid Rind mentioned that the Home Department has been directed to conduct an investigation.

The provincial government spokesperson said that the injured are being provided best medical care.
