PESHAWAR: Police in the provincial capital on Monday said a terrorist bid was foiled when the cops defused a suicide jacket that had been thrown by unknown terrorists on the Ring Road near the Jamil Chowk.The suicide jacket recovered had around seven kilograms of explosives. The bomb disposal unit experts defused the jacket. It was being investigated as to who had placed the jacket.
