PESHAWAR: The reshuffle in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet has been facing a delay for the last five days.
The sources said KP Governor Faisal Karim Ku Kundi was visiting Punjab. “ His signatures are required as far as thesummary for the nomination of new advisers and special assistants is concerned,” said a source.
The governor used to give a verbal approval for the changes to the cabinet in case he was away from the KP. But this was not the case this time.
When approacged by the Geo News, the governor said Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur changed his cabinet members frequently.
“ He might be in a hurry, but I am not. I will sign the summary after going through it when I am back in Peshawar, “said the governor while referring to Gandapur.
