PESHAWAR: A batch of students completed the Chinese language course at China Window here on Tuesday.Advisor to KP Chief Minister on Finance Muzzammil Aslam was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed certificates to the students.
He said that the Chinese language was an important means of communication, adding the need to learn foreign languages was more important than ever in this age of technology.The adviser said 26 percent of the world’s electricity was being produced in China, which meant that one in four units of the world’s electricity was produced in China and after the United States, China was the second largest economic power in the world.
He said the KP government would start Ehsaas projects for the youth with a cost of 15 billion rupees, which included Ehsaas Apna Ghar, Ehsaas Hunar and Ehsaas youth programmes.Under the Ehsaas Apna Ghar program, Akhut Microfinance Bank will provide interest-free loans of up to 1.5 million rupees and under the Ehsaas Hunar program, they will provide interest-free loans of up to 0.5 million rupees to the youth.
