ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has given approval for conferring the Hilal-i-Imtiaz on Ali Haider Gillani on the advice of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Ali Haider is a son of former prime minister and Senate Chairman Yousuf Raza Gillani. He is currently the parliamentary leader of the PPP in the Punjab Assembly.
