ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly and Senate sessions are likely to be convened next week to discuss important political and national issues.

According to parliamentary sources, the meeting of National Assembly is likely to be convened on Monday. It is also proposed to convene the Senate session.

According to the sources, the decision of Supreme Court on reserved seats will be discussed in the meeting.

The opposition will raise the issue of proposed ban on PTI and invoking Article 6 against former president Dr Arif Alvi and former deputy speaker Qasim Suri and appointment of ad-hoc judges in the Supreme Court.
