Prince William seemingly ignored Kate Middleton's concern as he was recently seen riding an e-scooter at Windsor Castle.
According to a report from 2015, Catherine said, "He’s still riding it. It always fills me with horror when he goes out on it. I’m terrified. Hopefully, I’m going to keep George off it."
