Hazara to have separate secretariat

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has decided to set up a separate secretariat for Hazara region.An official handout said that he was presiding over a consultative meeting of lawmakers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The meeting discussed issues related to public issues and speeding up the pace of work on welfare projects. The MPAs apprised the chief minister about issues related to their respective constituencies.

The chief minister assured them that necessary action would be taken to resolve the issues and provide relief to the people.Gandapur said the purpose of setting up a separate secretariat for Hazara region was to effectively monitor development projects and ensure their timely completion.

He said that timely completion of development projects without compromising the quality of work was an important part of the development policy of the government. The chief minister said it was necessary to distribute the workload, which was possible through the establishment of a separate secretariat so that the benefits of the development projects could be delivered to the people without delay by ensuring timely completion of development projects.

Gandapur said that timely completion of ongoing development projects in the province was an important part of the development policy of the provincial government. The chief minister said the government was funding the uplift projects to ensure their timely completion without compromising the quality of work. He asked the elected public representatives to closely monitor the development works and service delivery process in their respective areas.
