PESHAWAR: The Counter-Terrorism Department and police foiled a sabotage bid by recovering arms and explosives in Orakzai district.An official said the CTD and Kurram police recovered an improvised explosive device, six rockets, nine hand grenades, six RPG, detonators, safety fuses and other explosives.
