LAHORE:The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department (SHC&MED) has fixed the rates of laboratory tests/diagnostic tests from suspected/ confirmed dengue patients by the private sector hospitals/ laboratories in Punjab. The CBC test will be charged at Rs90 per test on the prescription of a qualified doctor. The NS-1, PCR, IgM, IgG Tests will be charged at 35pc discounted rates for deserving probable dengue cases on prescription by a qualified doctor. The aforementioned rates shall be implemented with immediate effect and remain applicable till June 30, 2025.
