The decomposing bodies of an elderly woman and her son were found in a house in Block 15 of Federal B Area on Sunday. The Jauharabad police said the two had died under mysterious circumstances.
After being informed about the incident by a relative of the victims, police took the bodies to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. The deceased were identified as Zahida Ahmed, 60, and Tariq Ahmed, 32. Police said they are waiting for the postmortem examination report to ascertain the cause of their death.
