Princess Diana lost the support of her dear 'Pa' Prince Philip after the release of an authorised memoir by Andrew Morton, which gave the public a rare glimpse into the issues of the royal family.
In a letter that was sent to the late Princess of Wales, Prince Philip's tone was notably more angry and such was the extent of his disappointment in his daughter-in-law that he made Queen Elizabeth II have Diana end her marriage to King Charles.
