Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2024 is set to take place soon and users are excited about what is going to be revealed during the event.
The new software from Apple is almost ready for testing by its developers. According to its usual timetable, Apple is expected to reveal the upcoming versions of nearly all of its operating systems at WWDC 2024.
One of the three main conferences the iPhone manufacturer hosts to unveil its newest goods and services is WWDC. It is only open to developers who are involved in the Apple ecosystem. In contrast, Apple's spring and autumn events are primarily focused on new gadgets.
Mark Gurman of Bloomberg predicts that AI will play a significant role in WWDC 2024. This covers transcriptions of voice memos, meetings, emails, texts, summaries of articles, and emojis generated by artificial intelligence. Gurman added that AI might be included into Apple's Notes, Photos, Messages, and Safari apps.
Additionally, Apple is also anticipated to reveal the new updates of iOS 18. In order to combine its LLMs with iOS 18, the American tech giant was also in discussions with OpenAI. According to Gurman, iOS 18 is the largest iOS update ever released.
WWDC 2024 will take place at the company’s headquarters in Apple Park, Cupertino, California.
