Punjab Minister for Higher Education Begum Zakia Shahnawaz has said the Punjab government is introducing new dimensions for progress of education and development of women. According to a handout she said this while speaking at the 94th Foundation Day of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) here on Thursday.
