LAHORE: Former prime minister Shehbaz Sharif has appointed Senator Ishaq Dar chairman of the PMLN Election Cell.
PMLN Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal has issued a notification in this regard. Making Dar the head of election cell would speed up election-related activities of the party, Iqbal said and added that all related matters, including receipt of applications for party tickets and monitoring of election rules would be completed quickly.
