Nawaz, Zardari grieved over death of Baloch leader

QUETTA: Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) President Nawabzada Talal Akbar Bugti died of cardiac arrest on Monday morning at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) here. He was 63.
The family of the deceased leader said Talal’s health started deteriorating on Sunday night after which he was shifted to the CMH.
According to JWP Secretary Information Gul Manak Baloch, Quetta after breathing problem where he suffered a heart attack that proved fatal. According to doctors, Bugti had been suffering from asthma since long.
Talal took control of the party after his father’s death and became known as an important leader from Balochistan.A large number of JWP supporters reached the Bugti House to pay last respects to their leader.
Talal Akbar Bugti was the son of former governor of Balochistan and chief minister Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.He received his education from Aitcheson College, Lahore and was considered to be a significant political personality in Balochistan. He was born on March 17, 1952 in Dera Bugti.
He has three sons Shahzain, Goram and Chakat Bugti.Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has expressed grief over the death of Talal Bugti and prayed to Allah Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace and give courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss.
He appreciated the services of the deceased leader for the stability of democracy and carrying out development work in his area.Sardar National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi also condoled the death of Nawabzada Talal Akbar Bugti.
Co-Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and former president Asif Ali Zardari condoled the death of Talal Akbar Bugti.In a condolence message, Zardari said he was shocked and grieved over the death of Talal Akbar Bugti adding that he will be remembered by his party members, politicians and friends for a long time to come.Zardari prayed to Almighty Allah for grant of eternal peace to the departed soul and strength and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
