Driver dies in oil tanker fire

DI KHAN: The driver of an oil tanker died when the vehicle caught fire on Zhob Road near Sarobi check-post on Sunday.
The fuel-loaded tanker overturned on its way from Quetta to Peshawar. The ensuing fire resulted in the death of the 45-year-old driver, Tassleem Marwat, while his helper, Mustafa, sustained injuries.
A spokesman for Rescue 1122 said that the fire had been controlled till the filing of this report.The deceased driver and the injured cleaner, both hailing rom Lakki Marwat district, were rushed to Darazinda Hospital.
