Change of guard at education foundation

The National Education Foundation, an autonomous statutory body working under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training to promote quality and gender-sensitive education in the Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and FATA, has seen a change of guard.
According to an Establishment Division notification, the federal government has transferred additional secretary Major (r) Qaiser Majeed Malik from the Capital Administration and Development Division before posting him to the NEF as the managing director.
Qaiser Majeed Malik, a BPS-20 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Group, replaced Captain (r) Muhammad Aftab, a BPS-21 officer of the same group.
Captain (r) Muhammad Aftab has been posted to the science and technology division as additional secretary. At the CADD, Zafar Nasrullah, a joint secretary (BPS-20) at the finance division, has succeeded Qaiser Majeed Malik as the additional secretary. All these officers assumed the charge of the new offices on Friday.
