The multitalented Mohsin Abbas Haider has tapped into various mediums and genres, ranging from acting and singing to writing and hosting. Currently hosting a popular talk show, the artist has appeared on Coke Studio and has also co-written film scripts alongside acting in TV and films.

The most recent addition to the list is the upcoming social satire, Load Wedding that has been co-written by Mohsin, who has also penned the lyrics of two songs in the film.
“I am the co-writer of Load Wedding,” he confirmed while speaking to Instep in a telephonic conversation. “I have also written two songs and have lent vocals to one of them.”
Directed and produced by Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza Ali Meerza, the film casts Fahad Mustafa and Mehwish Hayat in key roles and the recently released teasers look promising. We might just see Mohsin doing a cameo in the film but we will find out on Eid ul Azha when the film is scheduled to release.
Starring in a prominent role in ongoing drama serial Meri Guriya that tackles the issue of child abuse, Mohsin was featured in Nabeel Qureshi’s Na Maloom Afraad and its sequel and has been associated with Filmwala Pictures since then. He not only co-wrote the script of NMA (one and two) and Actor In Law, but also penned some songs that featured on the soundtrack of both films.
