Geo TV launches ‘Asia Singing Superstar’ tomorrow

KARACHI: Geo TV will launch Asia’s biggest singing competition from Saturday (October 31). It is a show in which Pakistanis and Indian singers will participate as contenders.

The name of the show is 'Asia Singing Superstar' which will be judged by two mentors, Shafqat Amanat Ali and Shanker Mahadevan who will support respective sides.

KARACHI: Geo TV will launch Asia’s biggest singing competition from Saturday (October 31). It is a show in which Pakistanis and Indian singers will participate as contenders.

The name of the show is 'Asia Singing Superstar' which will be judged by two mentors, Shafqat Amanat Ali and Shanker Mahadevan who will support respective sides.

Geo Entertainment is launching the first singing reality show for those talented undiscovered stars from Pakistan and India who wish to shine.

The show will start airing from Saturday October 31, 2015.

It will be hosted by renowned Pakistani talent Ahsan Khan along with the Indian playback singer Shweta Pandit.

To mentor the singing talents, Shafqat Amanat Ali and Shankar Mahadevan will perform the responsibility throughout the season.

The auditions were held in UAE, Pakistan and India and the best singing talents were selected.

There is no age limit for participation as people of all ages are encouraged to sing and discover their hidden talents. The show gives the opportunity to the contestants to make use of their talents and offers them an outstanding career in the world of music.
