Koffee With Karan promo: Kareena warns Priyanka not to forget her roots

MUMBAI: Appearing on Karan Johar's talk show, Kareena Kapoor Khan warned Priyanka Chopra, saying: "Don’t forget your roots."  

Beboo's advice to  the Quantico actress came after her response to Karan johar that she did not know  who Varun Dhawan was dating? 

Kareena abruptly reacted to her ignorance and said, "What do you mean you don’t know who Varun is dating? So now you know all your Hollywood actors? You’re making us sound like “Kaun hai wo?” imitating Priyanka. “Don’t forget your roots, huh!” Taimur's mom added before the promo ended.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be seen on KJO’s talk show in coming week. The duo come together for the first time since Kareena took a dig at Priyanka’s accent and PeeCee retaliated by taking a jibe at Saif Ali Khan’s accent. 

To another question, when Priyanka failed to give the name of the Jonas Brothers' first music album, Kareena surprisingly asked: "How can you not know?" she responded, "Because I didn't Google him before I married him."

It is pertinent to note that Priyanka Chopra recently married American musician and singer Nick Jonas in India.

The two superstars have not been best of friends. However, the two divas seem to have put their past behind and bonded over Bollywood, Hollywood and marriages.  Kareena and Priyanka revealed that both were proposed to in Greece.

For those who don’t know, Varun is dating Natasha Dalal. They made it official about a year ago and have been spotted on several occasions together.

Several unconfirmed reports kept doing the rounds for years that Varun  is in a serious relationship with her long time girl friend  and will soon marry her.
