Bollywood director Vikram Bhatt’s recently released horror film ‘1921’ earned an estimate of Rs. 1.5 crore on its first day of release on Saturday.
The film is a sequel to the previously released film with the same title and is filled with frightful and horrifying scenes that left the fans scared yet exhilarated.
The film’s plot is based in the year of 1921 where a young individual finds himself stuck in a house that is inhabited by supernatural beings. To help himself get out of the situation, he seeks the help of a young woman named Rose who has the ability to see and communicate with those spirits.
The film stars eminent Bollywood actress Zareen Khan alongside Karan Kundra, Rachel Shaw, Manjir Singh and director of the film Vikram Bhatt.
The film’s total earning as of now, stands at Rs. 3.75 crore and is expected to ascend higher in the upcoming future.
