RAWALPINDI: The sound system truck of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) caught fire during party’s rally in Rawalpindi on Saturday.
The fire, broke out in the sound system, was brought under control shortly.
Sources said the sound system was completely burnt in the blaze.
No loss of life has been reported in the incident.
PTI leader Faisal Javed says we are currently investigating the reason behind the fire. He also sees conspiracy behind the incident.
He further said the incident of fire would not affect the rally anyway.
Meanwhile, D.J Butt said the fire broke out due to technical fault in the generator and it engulfed amplifier and the sound system.
