Abacus for building links with industry
ISLAMABAD: The industry and application developers are given a platform to collaborate with each other, said Abacus Consulting Managing Director Abbas Ali Khan, who shared the success stories of APIthon I with the audience in a session, said a press release.
He said the applications were catering to commoners to businesses after the developers got lifetime opportunities to implement some strong features.
“Several brilliant ideas remain just ideas because of lack of collaboration between the industry and application developers, and that’s a great injustice to our talent,” said Ali Khan. He said the success of APIthon I inspired him to arrange APIthon II being held in National Incubation Centre, Islamabad, on May 5 and 6. He says such fourth technology ventures can tap the potential of startups and entrepreneurs.
