Faisalabad-Gojra Motorway inaugurated

TOBA TEK SINGH: Punjab’s Acting Governor Rana Muhammad Iqbal on Monday inaugurated the Faisalabad-Gojra Motorway (M-4) instead of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who could not leave Islamabad due to bad weather. During the inauguration ceremony held at the Gojra Interchange, Rana Iqbal told the media that the construction of Gojra-Toba Tek Singh section would start within three months.
Meanwhile, supporters of former MNA Amjad Warraich took out a rally in Gojra to condemn his arrest on Sunday. Warraich was arrested after he had planned to lead a rally against the prime minister on Monday due to the alleged actions against his transport company.His brother MPA Bilal Warraich and other speakers demanded his release immediately. However, Warraich had not been released till the filing of this report.
