Current Indian leadership in particular PM Modi and his team to include Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, is not at all solemn in carrying out bilateral talks with Pakistan to relieve tension between two countries. Chronological facts down the history reveal that Indians have been calling off the dialogue process on various pretexts just to outdo the time. Pakistan’s leadership per force had to react sharply to the hawkish avowal of Indian leadership in which they have admittedly own up to sponsor cross border terrorism in Pakistan since 1971; PM Modi’s confession that India helped force the loss of Pakistani territory, which would become Bangladesh, more than four decades ago; while Karachi and Balochistan are glaring contemporary examples of Indian terrorism inside Pakistani territory.
Conversely the US Secretary of State John Kerry has been expressing his deep concerns about increase in public tensions between Pakistan and nuclear armed competitor India. The US Secretary of State though acknowledges the gravity of situation and potentials of dangers of eruption of a nuclear stand off in the region, by saying that both Pakistan and India being nuclear powers are very important countries while they are playing a critical role with respect to regional interests of the US. Ironically despite America classically showing concerns over tense relations between two nuclear powers yet hoodwinks on the issue of just decision of Kashmir dispute in line with UN resolutions and inspirations of Kashmiris rather supports India both militarily and diplomatically at regional and international arena in order to connect the issue of liberation with violent terrorism.
On the occasion of PM Modi’s recent visit, a long wait for 2.6 million Indian communities living in UAE ended as the top Amir there announced his decision to apportion land for building a temple in Abu Dhabi. PM Modi immediately thanked the UAE leadership for this landmark decision saying that

a long wait for the Indian community has ended.
Indian external affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup also tweeted and said that on the occasion of Indian PM’s visit, the UAE government decided to allot land for building a great temple in the heart of Abu Dhabi hence the UAE has now become more of a home to Indians as compared to Muslims including Pakistanis.
Indian expatriates comprise 30 percent of the UAE’s population and are the largest nationality group. Indians in effect are thankful to the US diplomacy that facilitated UAE Government for their decision to allot land in order to build a Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi. In addition to this on American guarantees, India and the United Arab Emirates have decided to set up a multi-billion dollar fund to tap into investment opportunities in the country’s infrastructure sector. The fund plans to raise up to $75 billion to support investment in India’s rapid expansion of next generation infrastructure, particularly in railways, ports, roads, airports, industrial corridors and zones. These are great steps forward and unforgettable gift for India from the UAE that was encouraged by the US. Contrarily, the US has never persuaded its friends in Gulf to ask India ease its atrocities against Kashmiri Muslims who are forced to abandon even their prayers under Indian coercion.
The US-India relationship has often been considered distant as compared to Russia- India relations during the cold war, but the partnership seems now critical for both countries’ strategic aims. India is being considered important for the US efforts to maintain its international primacy, while United States is essential to India’s attainment of its great power ambitions against China and other countries including Russia and Pakistan. In the given ambiance both America and India are looking for vulnerable opportunities primarily to hold and restrain both Pakistan and China from implementing CPEC by choreographing various indirect and evident efforts including distracting Gulf countries from any diplomatic support to Pakistan on Kashmir tension. From the perspective of Pakistan America’s seriousness and sincerity to ease tension between two countries is entirely dependent on nudging UN and India to resolve the Kashmir dispute that is core issue for any future triggering of an all out nuclear war in the region.
Being a democratic leader of the world, USA is expected to keep up its traditions to discourage atrocities and human right violations by India in Kashmir. To ensure just peaceful solution of Kashmir, USA must also support freedom movement in Kashmir rather than encouraging India to link it with terrorism and encourage international community to resolve this issue in accordance with the UN resolutions. America has already encouraged UAE for facilitation of India to build a Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi likewise it can persuade India to stop aggression against Kashmiris and enable them carry out their prayers in a Kashmir free from the clutches of India.
