DASKA: An unidentified dead body of a youth was found from the BRB Canal on Tuesday.
Villagers saw the body in the canal and informed the Satra police. The police have sent the body to a hospital for post-mortem.
MAN INJURED OVER ENMITY: A man was injured over an old enmity in the area of Sadar police limits on Tuesday.
Younis was on his way when accused Asif and Adnan allegedly shot at and injured him near Adamkey. He was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
4 DRUG PUSHERS HELD: Police on Tuesday arrested four drug pushers and recovered narcotics from them.
On a tip-off, the police raided and arrested Iftikhar, Asif, Irfan and Jawad and recovered 500 grams charas, six litres liquor and a 30-bore pistol from their possession.
