Robbers shoot at, injure man

LAHORE:Robbers shot at and wounded a 21-year-old man on offering resistance during a robbery attempt in the Raiwind City police area on Wednesday.

The victim has been identified as Aleem Khan, a resident of Araiaan village. Four robbers barged into his house and held the family hostage at gunpoint. The victim offered resistance, over which, robbers opened firing. As the result, he suffered a bullet wound in his abdomen. Robbers fled the scene.

Police removed the victim to Jinnah hospital and collected forensic evidence from the scene.
