MULTAN: Punjab Minister for Energy Dr Akhtar Malik has said that coronavirus situation is under control in the Punjab and the government has made ideal arrangements at the Multan quarantine centre. Talking to journalists while visiting the Multan quarantine centre along with National Assembly Chief Whip Malik Amir Dogar on Sunday, the minister said that the Punjab government was completely looking after pilgrims at the Multan quarantine where all facilities were being provided to them. The masses should promote social distancing and reduce their social contacts, he suggested. He said that the government was taking decisions regarding the pandemic brilliantly. He said that Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar had asked parliamentarians to stand with the masses during this difficult time. He paid rich tribute to the people working at the quarantine centre. National Assembly Chief Whip Malik Amir Dogar said that the entire world was facing corona challenge and masses were facing ordeal due to corona outbreak.
