Former Olympians and Pakistan Hockey Federation secretary Asif Bajwa and national team coach Khawaja Junaid advised the public at large to take all precautions as prescribed by the health experts.
“Together we all stand together to fight against the virus,” said the secretary PHF. He said the disaster world population is facing in the face of corona virus can only be cured and overcome together.
He asked the nation to spend most of the time in self isolation. “We have issued instructions to the players and coaches to stay at home and train for fitness,” said Bajwa and added that they have been asked to take some time off for physical training and strengthen and increase their immune system.
“It is important to follow the procedure outlined by the health experts to fight the corona virus,” said national team coach Khawaja Junaid.“Make physical training essential so it will increase and strengthen immunity,” he added. “By improving the immune system, the virus cannot affect you,” he added.
