Pakistan Navy observes thanks-giving day

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy observed Yaum-e-Tashakkur and offered thanks-giving prayers on Friday to thank Allah (SWT) for the divine help and guidance in remaining steadfast to safeguard maritime frontiers during recent standoff and prayed to grant us more strength to fulfill all national responsibilities.
In the prayers during the day, Pakistan Navy officers and men resolved to lead their professional and personal life anchored upon teachings of Quran and Sunnah of our Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). In the message on the occasion, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi said that Faith in Allah, courage and passion to safeguard the motherland are added strength to readiness and professionalism.
